Scholarships for Undergraduates in the Mathematical Sciences

The Department of Mathematical Sciences awards scholarships each year to promising students majoring in the department. Please direct questions about department scholarships to the Scholarship Chair for our department, Dr. Bob Wenta (WentaRG@appstate.edu) or by calling 828-262-3050.

Unless otherwise noted, applications are due on February 7. Apply for these scholarships through the Appalachian Scholarship Application Portal (ASAP). Access the portal from your AppalNet account (Student Services tab) or log in at appstate.academicworks.com. If you need assistance with the ASAP portal, please contact scholarships@appstate.edu.

S-STEM Scholarship Program

Edith A. Goodman Memorial Scholarship for Mathematics and Computer Science Endowment
