Scholarships for Undergraduates Majoring in the Mathematical Sciences

The Department of Mathematical Sciences awards scholarships each year to promising students majoring in the department.

Paul Patterson Memorial Scholarship
in Mathematics Endowment

Deadline is in Fall -- see the admission application for the University scholarship deadline.

High school seniors interested in majoring in computer science, mathematics or actuarial science at Appalachian are eligible [more]

On the application for admission to the University, students should indicate that their intended major is mathematics, computer science or actuarial science AND indicate that they wish to be considered for a scholarship.

S-STEM Scholarship Program

December 15

High school seniors interested in majoring in mathematics, actuarial science or computer science may be eligible; see the S-STEM site for more information on eligibility
