Congratulations to Vicky Klima, who received the Southeastern Section Distinguished College or University Teaching Award at the 2022 Spring Meeting of the Southeast Section of the Mathematical Association of America, held at Berry College over Spring Break.
The Award was established by the MAA nationally in 1991, with an awardee to be selected each year from each regional section. Recipients of section awards are then considered for the national award. Dr. Klima is the first member of the Appalachian Faculty to receive this award.
