Mrs. Shepherd has worked for the Corporation for 20 years and assumed her current role in July. Prior to that she served as Customer Service and Sales Manager from 2002-11, Executive Director of Customer Operations from 2011-16, and Chief Management Officer from 2016-18. She will share her wisdom about working in the corporate environment during her presentation.
